Your mission: open professionally and say the call is recorded, ask what matters most in their holidays, present the Mini Vac (a resort preview valued at R12,000 for R4,000, weekend or midweek, with a percentage back after a short preview), handle their objections, and book them on a date. Do not pitch ownership on the phone.
